A signed threat list updates every 30 minutes. Traffic to and from malicious IP addresses is blocked through Windows Filtering Platform, at the operating system level. You can also select countries and block all access to your server from them.

New versions install in the background through Windows Installer, only after hash and signature verification. Your services keep running. If installation fails, the previous version continues to run.

Open PowerShell as an administrator (Run as Administrator) and run the two lines. The script prompts for your license key without displaying it on screen, verifies the package signature and installs.

Do I need to open a port or add a firewall rule?
No. The agent makes only outbound HTTPS connections to check your license and download lists and updates. The dashboard listens only on the server itself, at 127.0.0.1.
What happens when my subscription ends?
nuDefend stops blocking, and your server’s services keep working as usual. You can uninstall it with one command or from Settings → Apps. Uninstalling removes everything.
